4 potatoes
1 bell pepper
1 onion
4 tbs sour cream, for garnish
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, for garnish

Recipe Directions for veggie baked potato

  1. scrub potatoes with cold water

  2. dry with paper towels

  3. pierce with fork

  4. bake 425 degrees for 40-60 minutes

  5. sautee veggies

  6. cut potato open when cooked, top with veggies, cheese and sour cream
