Easy meal, sub the sauce for homemade or what ever you want, same with the cheese, and feel free to add whatever veggies you want!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Baked Penne

8 oz whole wheat penne pasta
640 g ragu
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup yellow onion
1 cup green pepper
1/2 tbs olive oil
112 g veggie shred

Recipe Directions for Veggie Baked Penne

  1. Boil Pasta

  2. Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in the olive oil.

  3. When onions are translucent, add sauce and simmer 20 min or so

  4. Add 1 cup sauce to bottom of baking dish

  5. Add pasta to dish

  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cheese over paste

  7. Add the rest of the sauce

  8. Top with remaining chesse

  9. Bake at 350 for about 20 min or until cheese is slightly brown

  10. Serve and Enjoy
