Recipe Ingredients for Veggie, 3 grains and chickpea salad

120 grams Fennel, Bulb
70 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
30 grams Lettuce Red or Green Leaf
60 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
15 grams Whole Oat Groats

Recipe Directions for Veggie, 3 grains and chickpea salad

  1. Chop vegetables.

  2. Cook cereals, no salt (you can add fennel seed).

  3. Rinse chickpeas well.

  4. Add your favorite spices (chives, chilli pepper, curry, mint, basil, oregano, ...).

  5. Mix all.
