Recipe Ingredients for Vegeteble omlette

2 eggs
1/4 cups onion
1/4 cups mushrooms
1/4 cups green pepper
1/4 cups tomato
1/4 cups cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegeteble omlette

  1. Beat 2 eggs until smooth.

  2. Pour into preheated pan. (med. heat)

  3. Flip egg when partially cooked.

  4. Add veggies and cheese once flipped.

  5. Once cheese is melted, fold egg over cheese and veggies to enclose them.

  6. Serve.
