2 rotel, 2 black beans, 3 minestrone, 1 onion chopped

20 oz. rotel tomatoes
1 can vegetable soup
30 oz. black beans
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Winter Soup

  1. Chop one medium onion. Put into crock pot. Open rotel, minestrone, black beans. Add to crock pot.

  2. Cook on high for 3 hours, to cook onion. Turn down to low, until ready to eat.
