Walnut-based vegetarian 'meat'balls. Not low fat or low cal!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian walnut balls

4 eggs
1 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs Garlic & Herb
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian walnut balls

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Form into 8 very large or 16 large balls

  3. Place balls in a greased casserole dish and cover with a large quantity of tomato sauce, equivalent to an average jar of pasta sauce (NOT INCLUDED IN INGREDIENT LIST)

  4. Bake at 320 degrees for 50 minutes.
