8 cups vegetable broth
3 carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
2 cups cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup onions, chopped

  2. simmer on stove about 35 minutes
