A vegetarain mock tuna salad for those days you don't have any tuna or are a vegetarian.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Tunaless Salad

15 oz Peas Chick
3 tbsp Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Reduced Sodium Shoyu, Imported, Organic
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Tunaless Salad

  1. Note: can chop veggies or mash chickpeas if you don't have a blender

  2. Blend celery and carrots in a blender till desired texture is reached

  3. Put celery and carrots in a container

  4. Rinse chickpeas and blend in a blender till desired texture is reached

  5. Add blended chickpeas to celery and carrot mixture

  6. Add Greek yogurt, nutritional yeast, pepper, mustard, and soy sauce and mix together

  7. Eat with crackers, bread, or on top of greens.
