Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian: Tofu chow mein

1 cup rice noodles
1/3 cup tofu, firm
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup green beans
1 cup green peas
3 carrots
2 tbsp soya sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian: Tofu chow mein

Stir fry vegetables, add tofu, stri fry tofu. At the same time, your noodles should be cooking. Keep stir frying depending on how well you like your vegetables and tofu and noodles cooked. After everything is cooked, mix the two. Its actually really delicious to save it, fridegarte it and have it the next day. I added worchestire sauce as well, but the system is not picking it up.
