vegetarian twist on a soup my mom used to make. She used shredded chicken instead of the veggie crumbles.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Taco Soup

6 oz Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
15 oz Beans
1 serving Vegetable Broth
1.25 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1.25 oz Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
11 oz Mexicorn
4 oz Cream Cheese Low Fat Fresh Cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Taco Soup

  1. Add ranch style beans, taco seasoning and rotel in a pot

  2. Simmer for 5 minutes

  3. Add other ingredients except for cream cheese

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes

  5. Place cream cheese in a bowl and pour liquid from the soup over it to help melt it

  6. When well melted, add to the soup

  7. Simmer 5 minutes

  8. Serve with tortilla chips or grilled cheese
