Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Taco Soup

1 small onion,
1 ounce taco seasoning mix or Fajita seasoning mix
15 ounce tomato sauce
15 ounce whole kernel corn, drained
30 ounce kidney beans, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Taco Soup

  1. In a slow cooker combine taco seasoning, tomato sauce, corn, and beans. Cover, and cook on Low 2 hours.

  2. To serve, top soup with cheese.
