100 grams Zucchini
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 Can Beans
1.3 cup Tomatoes
10 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco

Fry chopped eggplant and zucchini in oil on med/high heat, once browned add spring onions, cook 1 min, add beans and seasoning, stir, add tomatoes, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10mins..
