A vegetarian chili that has kick to it, but is very sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian sweet N' spicy chili

31 oz light red kidney beans
8 oz tomato paste
31 oz dark red kidney beans
1 large onion, diced
12 ounces boca burger
1 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 celery stalks
4 carrots
16 ounces vegetable stock
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tspn white pepper
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp cumin
3 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp barbeque sauce
1 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian sweet N' spicy chili

  1. Start out by boiling 4 cups of water and dissolve 4 tspn of vegetable stock.

  2. Once the vegetable stock is in the boiling water then add the celery, onion and carrots and boil.

  3. Add your beans, tomato paset and your tomato juice.

  4. Dice up your garlic or just mince it in a mincer. Add to the chili.

  5. Cook your boca meat which is about a whole package in a frying pan. Then when it's all fried up go and add like 1 tablespoon of chili powder in with the meat and about a cup of water and keep frying in the fry pan until the water is mostly absorbed.

  6. Dump the boca meat into the chili.

  7. Add all the spices to the chili and bring to a boil.

  8. Let simmer for about 30 - 45 minutes.
