Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Stroganoff

12 oz Meal Starters Veggie Crumbles
1 medium Onions
2 cup pieces Mushrooms
4 clove Garlic
10 oz Low-Fat Sour Cream
42 grams Beef Stroganoff
2 cup dry Whole Wheat Rotini
42 grams Beef Stroganoff

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Stroganoff

  1. saute crumble, chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic with a nonstick spray over medium -high heat in a skillet

  2. after 10 minutes or so, add 1 cup lowfat sour cream, 1 cup water, and seaning packet

  3. mix together and simmer for 10-15 minutes

  4. cook desired amount of pasta according to directions on package
