Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Stroganoff

1 tablespoon butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 lb white mushroom, sliced
4 carrots
2 zucchini
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
6 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 head,+large+6-7"+dia cauliflower
1 garlic clove
2 oz parmesan
1/2 cup beef broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Stroganoff

Sautee onion, then add garlic, mushrooms, carrots and zucchini. Add flour, wine, broth, worcestershire sauce, paprika and nutmeg.
