2 c onion
1 T margarine
1/4 c white wine
10 oz mushrooms
1/3 c sour cream

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Stroganoff

  1. saute onion in margaine

  2. add wine and reduce

  3. add mushrooms and cook till very soft

  4. add sour cream and heat through
