Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Stroganoff

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 serving Morning Star Farms Grillers' Recipe Crumbles
8 oz Mushrooms
10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 serving Smart Taste Egg Noodles
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Stroganoff

  1. Saute the chopped onions in olive oil until translucent.

  2. Add frozen Morning Star crumbles. Cook.

  3. Add mushrooms and continue to cook.

  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. (Optional: Add sour cream.) Stir and heat until thoroughly warmed.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
