15 min prep 15- 25 min minute stir fry

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Stir Fry from ZONE hand out- Day 3 dinner- Tim's version

8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cups tofu
2 cups sweet white onion
8 cups broccoli
2 cups snow peas
2 cups sugar snap peas
2 cups red pepper
2 cups mung bean sprouts
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp vinegar (rice)

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Stir Fry from ZONE hand out- Day 3 dinner- Tim's version

  1. heat oil in wok over med heat

  2. crunble drained tofu and mix with oil

  3. add chopped onion and mix al together well in oil

  4. wash and add the vegetables: broccoli florets, peas, mung beans and peppers as you are stirring frequently (I did it in this oder so total prepare time is less as prep and cook overlap)

  5. Cook only until vegetables are tender

  6. stir in chees and heat until melted

  7. sprinkle the seeds and nuts
