Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Spanish Rice

1 c Morning Star crumbles
3/4 c white rice
1/4 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 c water
14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
0.12 teaspoon cumin

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Spanish Rice

Sweat onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Add rice and saute for 5 minutes in medium high heat. Add water, tomatoes, water and Crumbles. Cover and turn heat to very low. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes until rice is tender. Add chopped green onions as garnish.
