Similar to the Weight Watchers Soup with Cabbage. Could add shredded cabbage to this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Soup

4 tablespoons parsley, dried
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons mustard, dried
2 teaspoons basil, dried
2 teaspoons paprika
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
64 ounce vegetables, mixed, frozen
64 ounce vegetable juice

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Soup

Combine all ingredients in soup pot or crock pot and simmer on low for 1-2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
