Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

2 c TVP
1 3/4 c low sodium vegetable broth
1 T olive oil
1 large green pepper
1 vidalia onion
2 t garlic
2 c marinara sauce
1 T sundried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

Heat broth and combine with TVP, set aside. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add chopped green pepper and onion - saute for 5 minutes or until soft. Add garlic and sundried tomatoes, cook another minute or two. Add TVP and marinara sauce and heat through. Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste.
