2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1.5 serving Saporito Foods - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium Carrots
4.32 serving Unico - White Kidney Beans
3.184 serving Hunt's - Manwich Original (Sloppy Joe Sauce)
6 serving Diamond G - California Grown Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onions, bell peppers, and carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add cooked rice, chili beans, and BBQ sauce and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently to heat thoroughly.

  4. Serve on whole-wheat bread.
