My take on shipwreck stew, veggie style.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Shipwrecked Stew

1 onion diced
2 potato
1 sweet potato
15 oz kidney beans
6 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 cups vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Shipwrecked Stew

  1. Put in layers in a oiled and floured baking dish:

  2. Diced onion, diced potatoes, rice, diced sweet potatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, veggie broth.

  3. Cook at 350F for an hour to an hour and a half.
