Recipe Ingredients for vegetarian shephard's pie

5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup 2% Milk
1 cup Peas
1 cup Brussels Sprouts
1 cup, chopped Carrots
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1/2 cup Spinach
4 cup Lentils w Sweet Onion
0.5 cup slices Parsnips

Recipe Directions for vegetarian shephard's pie

boil potatoes and mash with milk and butter. Saute vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Put cookied veggies in greased corningware or glass container and topw ith potatoes. Cook at 350 for 20-30 mins
