ok so the recipe analyzer wouldn't let me enter salsa con queso so i just put cheese. this is a really awesome recipe but i thought it needed more veggies maybe some corn, g and r peppers, some shredded zucchini and some diced tomato. or to make it into a breakfast dish some black beans and scrambled eggs in a tortilla.

2 stalks celery
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup onion
14 ounce gimme lean sausage
4 medium potatoes
1 cup cheese

brown the sausage. stir in veggies. meanwhile boil potatoes until barely done. add to sausage. add in con queso and milk. stir until smooth and cooked through.
