1 1/2 Veggie Breakfast Sausage Links
1 bell pepper
1 vidalia onion
1 Sub Rolls

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Sausage Pepper Onion sandwich

  1. Slice Peppers and Onions and saute them

  2. When the peppers and onions are almost browned add the sausage

  3. Let the sausage brown while it soaks up the flavor of the onion and peppers.

  4. Add oregano basil if you want.
