A very yummy and filling sandwich!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Sandwich

2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 avocado
1 slice red onion
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
3 tomato slices

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Sandwich

Take two slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each slice. Top one slice of bread with sliced avocado, sliced onion, tomato slices and alfalfa sprouts, and finish with the second slice of bread. Cut into half and enjoy!
