A dairy free, meat free potato salad. Not a low fat salad

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian POtato Salad

28 oz Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
98 grams Grapeseed Vegenaise
95 grams Reduced Fat Vegenaise
5 oz Onions
3 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 tbsp Bacos Bits
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian POtato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes whole, unpeeled until done. Peel and quarter and and slice.

  2. Mince onions and add to potatoes.

  3. Add Kelp seasoning, pepper and salt, the 2 mayonnaises and the finely chopped boiled eggs. Add stevia and lemon juice
