Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Pizza Topping

1 cup boiled and mashed pumpkin
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp cheese sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
1 oz red capsicum, diced
15 g (8) black olives
1 spear (31g) broccoli, diced
2 medium mushrooms, diced
2 spears asparagus, diced
1/4 cup canned mixed beans
1/2 medium onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Pizza Topping

  1. Mix mashed pumpkin with herbs to form a paste.

  2. Spread paste over the pizza base.

  3. Sprinkle everything else over the base.
