Vegetarian Pate, very sweet with good protein. It looks like a liver pate.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Pate

4 large Egg, White
12 oz Sweet Peas Less Sodium
1 cup, chopped Pecans
3 large Onions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Pate

Saute the chopped onions until well carmelized. Hard boil the eggs, discard the yolks and mash the whites. Drain and mash the canned peas. Finely chop the pecans or use 100 g package of already ground pecans and use a couple of whote pecans as a garnish. Mix all ingredients well using a food processor. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavours blend. Serve cold.
