Vegetarian recipee. Takes about 2 hours to prepare, but give a lot of energy without using too many calories. Excellent and tasty!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Paté

50 grams Millet, Cooked
50 grams Barley, Pearled, Cooked
34 9/10 grams Frozen Sweet Peas
2 clove Garlic
52 1/2 grams Onions
0.25 tbsp Butter
10 7/10 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 oz Parsley
0.1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
0.1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Paté

Boil barley for 90 min. Add soysauce, oregano and black pepper to the barley. In the meantime, boil the millet and the garlic in the vegetable broth for 20 min. until all desolved. Cook frozen peas el-dante. Stir fry the onions. Pass through the blender the milk, butter and millet. Bottom of a oven dish, layer the barley, then the peas, then the onions mixture, and top it up with the millet. colour with Paprika. Cook at 375F for 20 min. Yummy!
