Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian pasta

4 cups zucchini, cubed
1 large onion
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups broccoli
2 cups red kidney beans
1 cup cabbage
1 cup green pepper
4 cups mushrooms
1/4 cup green beans
250 g whole wheat pasta
4 garlic cloves
1 large carrot, cubed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian pasta

  1. Saute the onion in the olive oil.

  2. Add all the veggies and let it slowly simmer.

  3. Cook past on another pot. When cooked, add it to the veggies. Turn off heat and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

  4. Serve.
