1 cup brussel sprouts
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. italian seasoning
100 grams cooked whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian pasta dish

  1. Boil pasta

  2. Meanwhile, cook vegetable in oil, and seasonings.

  3. When complete toss in pasta and saute for a couple minutes.
