Literally what the title is; put it on top of rice noodles mixed with stir fried vegetables and tofu and you have an amazing meal!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Pad Thai Sauce

1 1/2 tbs Peanut Butter
1 1/2 tbs lite soy sauce
1 tbs fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Pad Thai Sauce

  1. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger (use fresh ginger and really put it in to taste). Grate it using your basic cheese grater, on the smallest size.

  2. Mix everything together, sort of mushing the peanut butter into the liquids until it starts mixing easily.

  3. Pour over your favorite asian meal and enjoy.
