Recipe Ingredients for vegetarian mediterranean stew

28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
14 oz Organics Garbanzo Beans
14 oz Organics Garbanzo Beans
1/2 cup chopped Red Onion
3 clove Garlic
3 tsp Cumin
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for vegetarian mediterranean stew

sautee onion, garlic, and spices with olive oil in warm pot. add beans and cook for about 2 minutes to coat beans. pour in crushed tomatoes and 1 cup of vegi stock. sautee on low for at least 1/2 hour.
