Vegetarian, easily sub vegan, yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Meatballs!

14 oz. Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup water
1 medium onion
1/4 cup Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Meatballs!

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. (note: vegan parmesan cheese can be subbed for regular)

  2. Hand-roll into small balls, place on a coated baking sheet and place in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes, until crispy on the outside.
