Vegetarian meatballs (2 pkg tempeh, 1 pkg lightlife gimme lean sausage)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian meatballs

16 ounces tempeh
400 grams gimme lean sausage
2 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian meatballs

Preheat oven to 375 F. Put tin foil on baking sheet. Combine all ingredients (use hands to break up until fully combined and incorporated). Roll into 24 balls, place on baking sheet (each serving = 2 balls). Bake for 20 minutes, flip balls over, bake for 10-15 more minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
