Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Meatballs - Italian Style

14 oz Gimme LeanŽ Beef
1/3 c bread crumbs
1/4 c water
3 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Meatballs - Italian Style

  1. Mix ingredients. Shape into approximately 36 1 1/2" balls. Cook on a baking sheet in a 400 degree oven until light brown (20 - 25 min.) Serve hot.

  2. ***Worcestershire sauce can contain anchovies.
