If Sauce is too thick, add some milk. If it is too runny, cook a little longer. 44 noodles=1 serving

Recipe Ingredients for vegetarian mac and cheese

2/3 cup soy milk light plain
7 oz (2 cup uncooked) ronzoni rotini- smart taste
2 oz (1/2 cup) veggie shreds pepper jack flavor
2 oz (1/2 cup) veggie shreds mozzarella flavor
1/4 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for vegetarian mac and cheese

  1. cook pasta and let cool

  2. In a saucepan, pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and cook over low heat until the cheese has dissolved.

  3. Add the pasta and bring to a boil.

  4. Cook for a few minutes, until the sauce has a creamy consistency.

  5. Remove from heat and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and place under broiler on high heat until golden brown.
