Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian low carb bolognese

4 4/5 cup quorn mince
3 (400g) chopped tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
2 medium onions
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp mixed herbs
2 (400g) haricot beans

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian low carb bolognese

  1. Chop peppers and onions.

  2. Heat oil in pan and add peppers, onions and quorn mince for 2mins.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15mins.
