Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Loaf

342 grams BOCA Ground Burger
2 tbs pecan meal
2 eggs
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 oz green chilies, diced
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
3 tsp garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbs honey mustard

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Loaf

  1. Saute the onions until translucent.

  2. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes being careful not to scorch the garlic

  3. Combine all ingredients except the honey mustard in a bowl, mix well.

  4. Spray a baking pan pan with with non stick baking sparay.

  5. Form a loaf in the center of the pan.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Glaze with honey mustard.

  8. Return to the oven for 10 minutes until the glaze is browned.
