Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

1.25 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
10 piece Tofu, Fried
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
105 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
13 1/2 grams Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp(16 g) Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker and set aside.

  2. Sautee green beans, carrots, green oinion until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add in small chunks of tofu

  4. In separate pan, fry 3 scrambled eggs.

  5. Add egg into other pan of tofu and veggies.

  6. Serve with rice on bottom of lettuce leave and stuffing over rice.
