Mediterranean Vegetable with a small amount of spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Greek Hot Pasta

12 oz tofu
4 oz thin spaghetti
16 oz artichoke hearts (2 cans of 14oz)
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
8 tbsp sliced black olives
2 oz feta, crumbled
2 tsp minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Greek Hot Pasta

  1. Cook pasta as directed.

  2. Cube tofu, drain and chop atichokes.

  3. In skillet mix tofu, artichokes, tomatoes, black olives and spices over medium heat.

  4. Mix in pasta and feta.
