Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Gravy

1 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 pattie Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties
2 clove Garlic
2 cup Whole Milk
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Gravy

  1. saute garlic and prewarmed veggie sausage in olive oil

  2. mix half of the milk with flour and pour into oil sausage and garlic mixture, cook until bubbling, add remaining milk as gravy is reduced, salt and pepper to taste.
