Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Galumpki

1 head cabbage
1 cup white rice
6 4/5 oz Rice A Roni Chicken Flavor
1 onion chopped
1 cup summer squash
3 cups diced tomatoes (cup,+chopped+or+sliced) (cup,+chopped+or+sliced) (cup,+chopped+or+sliced) (NLEA+serving)
1/2 cup chopped portabella mushrooms
1/4 cup Bulgar Wheat
2 tblsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Galumpki

  1. saute rice a roni, vegetables in separate pans.

  2. cook rice

  3. add rice a roni and vegetables to rice and mix

  4. Roll large spoon of filling into parboiled cabbage leaf and put in baking dish cover with diced tomatoes

  5. Bake 250 for 4 hrs. Let cook and refrigerate for a day or two before reheating and serve.
