A healthier alternative for when I am craving take away. It also is a great way to use up left overs.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian fried rice

1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
0.25 cup Peas, Green
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
0.25 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian fried rice

Taking all items (that are precooked) and throw it in a frying pan with a touch of olive oil
