Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups oatmeal, quick cook flakes
1 ounce dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon dried thyme
40 g parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
10 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Beat eggs into a large bowl. Stir in cottage cheese, rolled oats, dry onion soup mix, dried thyme,a parmesan, onion flakes, mustard, worcestershire sauce. Form into 8 patties and coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place patties in oil, and brown on both sides. Remove patties to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  4. Pour condensed soup into a small bowl. Stir in 1/2 can of water (or milk) to dilute, then pour over patties.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven until the soup is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
