1 cup sweetcorn
500 g tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
3 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 red onion, chopped finely
1 1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon honey

Recipe Directions for vegetarian chilli (without quorn)

  1. heat oil

  2. add garlic, onion, spices until onion softens

  3. add red pepper and sweetcorn, cook for one minute

  4. add chopped tomatoes and honey
