A great low calorie option that can be used as a smaller meal or a side dish. It also works as a great dip or condiment.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chilli

1.75 cup Black Beans
2 cup Tomatoes Diced
4 clove Garlic
3 tbsp chopped Onions
2 medium Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.25 cup Parsley
4 serving Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chilli

  1. Sautee the garlic, onions, carrots and and celery in a saucepan for 2 minutes.

  2. Add in the tomatoes and stir occasionally for 3 minutes.

  3. Add in black beans, stir occasionally for 5 minutes.

  4. Voila!
