good with cumin and corriander and loads of chilli peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetarian Chilli

4 servings Mince - Chilled
1/2 carrots
3 stalks celery
2 1/2 cups Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 cup corn
7 cups canned tomatoes
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup swiss chard
1 tablespoon vinegar
50 g .5 cup Cilantro
2 1/2 cups Red Lentils

Recipe Directions for Vegetarian Chilli

  1. chop up vege real small, and fry up slightly, add water and simmer

  2. add tomatoes and simmer

  3. add beans and mince to tomatoes

  4. flavor with salt chilli pepper cumin and coriander

  5. leave to simmer for as long as possible.
